Kinkanna Strain

Kinkanna is a compact, 60 percent indicative strain that is the product of a happy union between OG Kush and Tangie’s DNA genetics. True to its Californian roots, it just loves growing outdoors in the sun, but it’s also a successful indoor strain.

This strain is named after “Kinkan,” the Japanese name for kumquats that it resembles in terms of both its aroma and its flavour. It is a very robust strain, which has a pine tree-like structure and produces good yields even though it only grows to 80-100 cm. Uh, tall.

Indoors growers are expected to grow 400-450 gr/m2 in 8 weeks of flowering. Outdoors between 500-550 gr/m2 will be produced for harvesting in the northern hemisphere in October.

The aroma of Kinkanna is both sweet and spicy, leading to a taste of kumquat that has earthy background notes. The production of THC is 13.1 percent with a low CBD of 0.1 percent.

The effect is very euphoric and is a joy-inducing strain par excellence. As a result, it is perhaps no surprise at all that its therapeutic applications include the lifting of depression and the dissolution of stress.
