Californian Indica Strain

This strain has a fruity aroma, as so heavily featured by the original California Orange, and a strong, zesty, taste which has been said to linger delightfully on the tongue.

This strain, like many of Sensi Seeds finer strains, has been left genetically untouched as nature intended. By this I simply mean that they are sold as regular seeds.

Regular seeds are being somewhat pushed out of the market as of late although they are still extremely popular amongst many old school growers and breeders.

They produce a roughly even split of male to female seeds, although occasionally they can produce a 60/40 split in favour of the females. There are many reasons why breeders still use regular seeds.

Primarily the fact that they make breeding new seeds a far more simple and controllable endeavour. A breeder can observe their crop carefully and select the two most impressive specimens to be the parents of the next crop.

This method ensures that the breeder has maximum control over their crops and that very little is left to chance. It could also be said that the regular plants are considerably hardier than those that have been genetically altered in order to appear more user-friendly.

Many people who attempt to reintroduce cannabis into the wild will use regular seeds as they can thrive and breed of their own accord, without needing a huge amount of care and attention.

This strain prospers best in a temperate/continental climate and enjoys an extremely short flowering period of just 45 – 50 days.
