Gypsy Widow Strain

This strain is a combination of two different versions of the famous White Widow. One is indica dominant and the other is more of a sativa. This combines the short flowering period and dense indica buds with the extreme resin production of the classic Dutch sativa variety. White Widow gets its name from its immense covering of resin, which basically turns the plant white.

It gives impressive yields and has an amazing scent of citrus with a combination of lemons and incense. Its effect is physically and mentally powerful which makes it a perfect night time medicinal strain.

Gypsy Widow is a feminised strain, meaning that it will only grow female plants. Dutch Passion created these seeds so that growers would have a cost effective alternative to regular seeds. Regular seeds are usually half male and female, which means the grower will need to remove the male half. This is a massive waste of money, but also of time and effort, all of which are important resources.

Feminised seeds will also usually produce a higher quality, uniform crop. Breeders also enjoy using feminised seeds from time to time, however feminised breeding is very difficult.

This strain needs 8 – 9 weeks to flower and can be grown indoors, outdoors or in a greenhouse.
